Coordinate information and liaise with architects and civil and structural engineers, ensuring consistency between various designs. Manage the Standard House type Variation (SHV) process in line with the product review to manage any non-standard house type information across the group and coordinate house type feedback Monitor and review the group's Common Data Environment (CDE) which can include at times producing and maintaining training materials, receiving, and implementing feedback, and ensuring that the platform continues to suit the business needs. Support and engage with colleagues and solicitors to pull together framework agreements for the Vistry Group. This can include SAP, Air Tightness Testing and Broadband agreements. Coordinate the type approval process for standard house type working drawing information, standard details, and specifications with warranty provider(s). Support the temporary works information for low-risk, low-rise activities with internal colleagues and where appropriate, with consultants. Assist the business in achieving BIM Level 2 certification. Provide the regional businesses with complete working drawing packages and technical support with regards to Technical Issues. Assist in implementation of design and technical best practice processes across the design and Technical function and conducting audits to ensure that process is being adhered to. Support the Technical Assistant in their training and day-to-day duties. Produce, maintain, and action a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Group Technical department.
