Our current portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, including novel suspension systems for military application, innovative aircraft seating systems, a 'last mile' 18 tonne electric delivery truck and the design and delivery of a new hydraulic control system for a hypercar. Our portfolio covers engineering design solution projects that range in size and scope. We are looking for Assembly Technicians to join us on an initial 3-month contract at our headquarters in Banbury. Key responsibilities: Assemble prototype vehicles and equipment using traditional and composite materials Work with engineers to develop a robust build procedure Work with the build team on a variety of projects across automotive, marine and defence Carry out hands on work competently and with set production times Work closely with the assembly team to deliver components for all projects based in the technical assembly department You: We need you to have a positive attitude and be confident building vehicles and machines from drawings/build books. You will have experience in composite trimming and fitting using specific adhesives and bolted structures to customer specifications. You will have a flexible approach to work and be able to work calmly under pressure. A background within automotive in advantageous but not essential. Come and make a difference
