You will be part of a dedicated team, providing outstanding customer service and excellent standards of performance to the public and tenants of Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils. A van (for work use only) is provided, equipped with a range of tools, and in addition, a tool allowance is paid. About you In addition to having strong technical plumbing skills you will need to have a focused customer service approach and be adaptable and resourceful when working in the team or independently across the districts. You will need: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing awareness of related Health and Safety issues, practice and responsibilities ability to use mobile tablet technology good communication and customer service skills to be a team player, who can also work independently a can do attitude to solving plumbing issues for residents and tenants. A full valid driving licence is essential for this role. A DBS check will also be required.
