Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces based on customer requests or seasonal themes.
  • Prepare arrangements for events such as weddings, funerals, and corporate functions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display in the shop or floral department.
  • Monitor flower inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to ensure freshness.
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering expert advice.
  • Process sales, handle transactions, and take phone/in-person orders.
  • Package and deliver arrangements when required.
  • Maintain floral tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Stay up-to-date on floral trends, flower varieties, and design techniques
