Manage the project budget, schedule, scope, quality, risks, issues and changes on behalf of our customers. Report to stakeholders in a timely manner on project risks and issues, as well as providing solutions to resolve risks and issues. Track deliverables and ensure these meet the requirements set out in the in the project brief and project plan. Lead on quality assurance. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs. Close projects in accordance with our project management standards and industry best practice. Evaluate, assess and report on the results of the project. Provide leadership and mentoring to multi-disciplinary project teams, including deputy project managers and subject matter experts. Promote a high-performing, collaborative team culture with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Skills and experience required: Undergraduate degree in a relevant engineering discipline. Project management experience of wind projects through early stage design and feasibility. Good working knowledge of the UK wind sector/market. Good working knowledge of engineering standards relevant to the design and construction of renewable energy projects (e.g. BS standards, Eurocodes, etc) desirable. Experience in Energy Yield Assessments for wind projects would be advantageous, but not essential. Experience in UK grid and BESS projects would be advantageous, but not essential. Full UK driving licence Chartered or associate member of a relevant electrical or other engineering body. What is it like to work at Locogen?
