Senior Town Planner

What You'll Do as a Senior Town Planner:
As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be a key part of the Development & Infrastructure Planning team, supporting project delivery across a range of sectors including logistics, retail, energy, and large-scale residential.
You'll contribute to:
Preparing planning applications and planning statements
Representing clients on appeals and development plan promotions
Supporting Planning Directors and mentoring junior team members
Strategic site promotion and policy work
Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver commercially focused planning solutions
What We're Looking For:
MRTPI qualified or working towards
Previous experience in consultancy or a similar environment
Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commercial awareness and confidence managing client relationships
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
