Transport Planner

Logistically Worldwide Ltd is expanding! We re looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Planner to join our dynamic team, specialising in freight movements between the UK and the Netherlands. If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and have a keen eye for efficiency and detail, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning and coordinating daily transport operations between the UK and Holland.

• Scheduling drivers, allocating loads, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

• Liaising with customers, hauliers, and customs agents to ensure smooth cross-border transport.

• Monitoring transport costs and KPIs to optimise efficiency.

• Dealing with any delays or issues, keeping customers informed and operations on track.

• Ensuring compliance with UK and EU transport legislation and customs procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar transport/logistics planning role, ideally covering international routes.

• Strong knowledge of UK and EU road transport regulations and customs clearance.

• Fluent in English (Dutch language skills are a big plus but not essential).

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) and MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
