Ocean freight operator

What You ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate end-to-end ocean freight shipments (FCL & LCL)

• Book cargo with carriers, co-loaders, and agents

• Monitor shipments, proactively manage exceptions, and communicate status updates

• Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, and customers

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation

• Ensure data accuracy in freight management systems

What We re Looking For:

• Experience in ocean freight operations (1+ years preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal

• Proficiency with logistics software/systems

• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently

• No customs clearance experience required
