About the Role
Actio Recruitment is seeking Electronic Assemblers with SMT Machine Operating experience and an Inspector to join our client's electronics manufacturing team based in Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established company, assembling high-quality electronic products for a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- SMT Machine Operation
- Work with a variety of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, ICs, and connectors.
- 1st Off Inspection
- Follow health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards (desirable but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
