This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding property developer who provide award winning design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team based in Blackburn

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Prepare building regulation and planning applications for estate developments
• Prepare House type and Estate layout designs
• Liaise with client and consultants, as well as carrying out site visits
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion

Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
• Significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Have housing experience
• Strong UK building regulation knowledge
• Job running experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Blackburn area
