Paisley Site Services currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Plater to join our manufacturing client in Stockton-on-Tees.

20.26 Per hour with overtime available at 1.5x and 2x on a Sunday.

Monday - Thursday (Apply online only) & Friday (Apply online only).

Position

• To undertake the fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers of various diameters and thickness up to 80mm
• Carry out fabrication on pipework as per engineering drawings with tight tolerances
• To undertake work utilizing different materials including titanium, CuNi, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and carbon steel
• Responsible for stripping and re-assembly of heat exchangers and pipework for maintenance
• Carry out general workshop day to days tasks as and when required
• Adhere to all workshop HSE and quality procedures
• To undertake work independently and as part of the team
  

Requirements

• Time served with a Level 3 qualification in welding and fabrication
• Experience with vessels or structural is essential
• Experience working in a medium to heavy fabrication background
• Be able to interpret and read engineering drawings with a good understanding
• Demonstrate an excellent attitude towards company HSE and Quality
• Forklift truck and overhead crane qualification preferred but not essential
