Their Leeds office is growing its building surveying team off the back of consistent project wins, and they're looking for someone sharp, commercially switched-on, and ready to take more control over client relationships.
You'll work with an impressive client list across a variety of commercial instructions:
- Contract Admin
- Technical Due Diligence
- Dilapidations
- Building Pathology
- Broad-spectrum professional building surveying
About You
- MRICS Chartered Status (or nearly there)
- Solid commercial sector experience
- Confident report writer and communicator - clients need straight, accurate advice
- A genuine interest in developing client relationships, not just delivering the technical work
- Ambition - the business is set up for people who want to progress
Package
- Basic 55k - 65k
- Car allowance
