The Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers delivering internal property services. This field-based role includes overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining high performance standards, ensuring compliance, and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance across the team against agreed KPIs
• Ensure successful delivery of electrical contracts and client service
• Carry out regular field checks (WIP, post-completion, H&S audits)
• Deliver toolbox talks and ongoing training
• Act as the key point of contact for day-to-day client queries
• Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Support recruitment targets and team onboarding
• Maintain full compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements

• Qualified Supervisor (QS) status
• 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems
• Experience managing both direct labour and contractors
• Excellent knowledge of compliance and health & safety standards
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Proactive and process-driven mindset
• Full UK driving licence
