Electrical Commissioning Manager Large Residential Development West London
£300-£325 per day 12-Month Contract (with extension or permanent opportunity)
We re supporting a busy and well-regarded contractor who are looking for an Electrical Commissioning Manager to join their team on a large, multi-phase residential development in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commissioning professional who thrives on seeing complex projects through to completion and enjoys being part of a team with long-term prospects.
The Role:
  • Manage all electrical commissioning activities on a large residential scheme
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Produce and review commissioning plans, method statements and RAMS
  • Carry out inspections, testing and sign-off of electrical systems
  • Resolve any technical or commissioning issues on site
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards
  • Report on progress, snagging and final handover requirements
  • Support project teams in delivering to programme deadlines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role on large residential or multi-unit developments
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, testing and commissioning processes
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Effective communicator and problem solver
  • Relevant trade qualifications and up-to-date site certifications (ECS/CSCS)
