Assistant Site Manager

My client is a privately owned developer who needs an experienced Assistant to help cover holidays over the summer on a site in LUTON.

Details of the role are as follows:

• You will need to have extensive experience in managing 2nd fix works, quality and finishings on traditional build HOUSES.
• Valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS certs are required
• There is another Site Manager and Project Manager on the scheme so the site will be fully supported.
• 250 per day CIS
• Starts TOMORROW or Wednesday if required.
