Freelance Site/Project Manager

Freelance Site/Project Manager required for a 12 week period to oversee and manage the final stages through to final completion of a new build industrial unit, primary works will predominately be overseeing the internal/finishing stages of the project. As the project lead you will be responsible for supervision and control for subcontract packages, onsite Health & Safety, chairing subcontract progress meetings as well as client liaison on a daily/weekly basis.
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement
