Job Description
Westwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently looking for a Working Foreman / Site Supervisor with a strong joinery background for a commercial fit-out project in Belfast, starting Monday.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-quality interior fit-out projects, particularly within commercial environments such as offices, retail, or hospitality spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site activities and joinery teams
- Ensure works are carried out to a high standard and in line with drawings/specifications
- Manage day-to-day operations, including subcontractor coordination
- Maintain site health & safety and ensure compliance at all times
- Report to the project manager on progress and any site issues
- Assist hands-on where necessary (beneficial but not essential)
Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience on commercial fit-out projects
- Strong background in joinery/carpentry
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to read drawings and manage site logistics
