We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the refurb of a school in Basingstoke. This is a great opportunity to lead a well-structured project from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage works starting July 24
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams Requirements:
- DBS clearance (essential)
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
- Strong leadership and site management skills
