Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Wigan
Location: Wigan
Pay Rate: 35 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join a Hospital Team based in Wigan.

About the job:

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to assess and support adults and/or paediatrics in their homes, promoting independence through rehabilitation, reablement, and adaptations.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Assess clients' needs at home
  • Develop and implement care plans
  • Use rehab techniques and reablement strategies
  • Recommend and arrange equipment and adaptations
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families
  • Monitor and adjust care plans
  • Educate clients and families on equipment use
  • Maintain accurate records

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience in social care and home assessments.
  • Knowledge of rehab, reablement, and adaptations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
