We re Hiring Senior Support Worker (Adult Supported Living)

Do you believe in empowering others to live independently and confidently? Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a passionate client who provides care and support for adults with learning and physical disabilities.

We re looking for someone who can lead by example, support others in their daily routines, and help make everyday moments matter whether it's planning a meal, going to the park, or simply lending a listening ear.

• Supporting adults with daily tasks, personal care, and life skills

• Helping individuals access their communities and live fulfilled lives

• Working with a caring team to ensure a high-quality service

• Assisting with care planning and CQC compliance

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A warm, compassionate approach and relevant experience

• Flexible working hours

• 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
