Groundworks Supervisor - Central London (multiple locations)

Site Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

UKR Group is looking for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to start ASAP in a job in Central London (multiple locations).

As a Groundworks supervisor, you must be a well-rounded professional in groundworks, with strong experience in paving and finishing. They will be required to travel between multiple jobs at various locations across the city. No drainage work will be involved.

Typical tasks may include digging trial holes, followed by backfilling and reinstating the paving, as well as drilling core holes through block paving and replacing the blocks afterwards.

The ideal candidate should hold a range of valid tickets, such as SSSTS, CAT & Genny. You must be switched on, proactive, and possess good judgement, with the ability to carry out a variety of non-standard and complex tasks independently.

Experience

• Previous experience in a groundworks supervisory role within the Construction industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

To be successful in this Groundworks Supervisor job, you must have:

• SSSTS Qualification
• Gold CSCS card
• Cat & Genny ticket
• Excellent level of experience in all groundworks.
• Experience in managing/supervising groundworkers
• Proof of right to work in the UK

• Groundworks Supervisor: 5+ years (required)
