Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced External Site Manager for a dual-role position on a high-rise RC frame project in West Ealing. The building will reach 19 storeys, and the concrete frame is currently at Level 2, with 17 further levels to pour. All concrete is self-delivered.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee external works including concrete pours and brickwork

Conduct pre-pour inspections and ensure all quality standards are met

Coordinate closely with engineers and subcontractors

Review and interpret engineer's drawings and ensure accurate implementation

Ensure all QA documentation is completed for columns and slabs

Maintain site safety, logistics and coordination near a live railway line
Requirements:

Strong engineering background with hands-on RC frame experience

Proven ability to read and work from complex structural and engineering drawings

Solid knowledge of concrete operations and brickwork sequencing

Experience on high-rise construction projects (ideally 15+ storeys)

Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to QA and H&S
