As a Commis Chef at this hotel, it will be your job to support the kitchen team, ensuring that you consistently work to the company's standards and maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. You will prepare the ingredients for a more senior chef, measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately, keeping wastage to a minimum.
