Looking for a meaningful leadership role in children s care? Atrium Healthcare is recruiting, on behalf of a client, for a Senior Support Worker to support children experiencing Emotional Behavioural Disorders and mental health difficulties.

You ll work alongside the Registered Manager to deliver consistent, compassionate care, while helping shape the emotional resilience and future outcomes of the children in your home.

Key Focus Areas:
  • Build trusted, therapeutic relationships with young people

  • Mentor and support other team members

  • Deliver structured routines and behavioural support

  • Collaborate with professionals to create holistic care plans

  • Uphold safeguarding standards and compliance

What You Bring:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children s Residential Care

  • Experience leading or mentoring in a residential setting

  • Behavioural management skills grounded in empathy

  • A full UK driving licence and access to transport
