Job Title:
Teaching Assistant
Location: SW London (Richmond, Wandsworth, Sutton, Merton, Kingston)
Pay: £90 - £106.65 per day
Work Pattern: Flexible to what works for you, part time and full time roles available
ANZUK Education is looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to join our team in SW London and the surrounding areas. With increasing staffing demands in schools, we re seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for day-to-day and long-term roles.

As a Teaching Assistant you will need to:
  • Aid the delivery of engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students across KS1 and KS2
  • Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and eager to learn
  • Use tailored behaviour management strategies that suit the developmental needs of primary-aged children, promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning atmosphere
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and demonstrate excellent classroom management to ensure an effective and productive learning environment
  • Contribute to the wider school community, actively participating in school initiatives and fostering positive relationships within and beyond the classroom
Requirements of suitable Teaching Assistant applicants:
  • Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one through anzuk
  • Experience supporting primary aged children, with a solid understanding of the curriculum and learning needs at this stage
  • Knowledge of SEND, with the ability to adapt lessons to support students with special educational needs
  • Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK
