GSL Education are seeking a caring and enthusiastic EYFS TA to work in Early Years settings in and around Gainsborough. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting the development of children in their formative years.

Responsibilities as an EYFS Teaching Assistant:

• Support the learning and development of children aged 3 5 in line with the EYFS framework.
• Assist with phonics, early numeracy, play-based learning and personal care.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
• Collaborate with class teachers and nursery staff to deliver engaging learning activities.
• Monitor children s progress and help with observations and reporting.

Requirements for EYFS Teaching Assistant:

• Previous experience in an EYFS setting is desirable.
• Kind, patient, and child-centred approach.
• Sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Full CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained.
