Bring your skills as an Associate Director in Civil Engineering, playing a key role in business development and civil engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialize in all aspects of civil engineering across sectors such as Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Water. We deliver industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, providing client-side support and construction phase services. Your Purpose:

  • Lead and manage teams undertaking technical design work in accordance with relevant standards and high-quality benchmarks.
  • Define project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Establish quality assurance standards in design processes.
  • Develop and manage heavy civil engineering capabilities within the practice.

What you can bring:

  • Chartered Civil Engineer.
  • Experience in managing design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of external works design, utilities, surfaces, earthworks, accessibility, logistics, and UK design standards.
