Reeson Education is recruiting a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant for a fantastic SEMH alternative provision in the M30 area. This full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant role is to start in September and offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with a wide range of needs.
The school caters to primary-aged children (EYFS to KS2) with SEMH and associated needs, including developmental delays, trauma, anxiety, and more complex behaviours. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting individual pupils, small groups, and the wider class team through engaging, therapeutic learning experiences.
