Bring your skills as an Associate Director in Civil Engineering, playing a vital role in business development and civil engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialize in all aspects of civil engineering across sectors such as Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Water. Your Purpose:
  1. Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and high-quality levels.
  2. Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  3. Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones.
  4. Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  5. Set quality assurance standards in design.
  6. Develop and manage civil engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring:
  1. Chartered Civil Engineer.
  2. Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  3. Knowledge of external works design, utilities, surfaces, earthworks, access, logistics, and UK standards.
