Pay: .00 per day (depending on experience and qualification level)
Contract: Part-Time, Term Time Only

A welcoming and well-established nursery in Henley-on-Thames is currently seeking a qualified Nursery Assistant to join their friendly team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys supporting young children in their learning and development.

Responsibilities for the Nursery Assistant:

• Support children's learning through play and planned activities
• Establish a safe yet explorative and creative nursery environment
• Work closely with other staff to follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with team members, children and their guardians
• Assist with feeding and general care routines

Requirements for the Nursery Assistant:

• A recognised childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting, with references
• A passionate and caring approach
• To work collaboratively with the rest of EYFS team

This part-time role is ideal for someone looking for a better work-life balance while continuing a career in early years education. Typical hours are mornings or early afternoons, depending on availability and nursery needs.
