Create contract, performance, relationship, and risk management procedures. Ensure clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for strong performance management. Identify and execute value opportunities with key vendor relationships. Analyze vendor delivery issues and help resolve disputes. Manage communication processes with vendors. Vendor Risk Management Conduct due diligence on vendors to confirm financial viability, business continuity, and compliance. Assess and report on vendor risk levels based on financial, skills, tools, and third-party use. Establish a matrixed Global Operating Model for Vendor management. Your Skills and Abilities Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management, including third-party vendors, sourcing, and commercial expertise. 5+ years in project/asset management, procurement, and vendor relations in a technology environment are desirable. Proven ability to establish and adjust KPIs based on geopolitical changes. Strong organizational, execution, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand operations economics and cost drivers. The firm is looking for an 5+ PQE solicitor who specialises in professional indemnity with demonstrable history of working on construction indemnity cases. The team you'd be joining undertakes a broad range of substantial, challenging, largely contentious work. This includes defending claims against a wide variety of professional service providers.
