The Role
As Head of MFL, you will:
- Lead the strategic development of the MFL department, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in French, Spanish, or German from KS3 to Sixth Form.
- Foster cultural awareness through immersive experiences, including trips, exchanges, and extracurricular clubs.
- Support students preparing for GCSE, A-Level, and university applications.
- Manage and develop a team of dedicated language teachers, promoting innovative and engaging pedagogy.
