Senior Estate Surveyor

Local authority in the Northwest are currently looking for an interim estate surveyor to join their expanding corporate property team for an initial 3 months.

To contribute to the effective delivery of the Asset Management Planning, Estates Management and Valuation functions.

To lead the delivery of identified areas of responsibility including the following disciplines:

• Disposal of land and property assets declared surplus to the requirements of the Council.
• Management of the let estate.
• Acquisition of property interests for corporate schemes and plans.
• Valuation of landed assets for all revenue and capital purposes.

Rates negotiable depending on experience

3 months initially with likely extension

Hybrid - Office two days per week
