Sharp Consultancy are working with a successful and growing business in the Chesterfield area, who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.
This is a fast paced, time sensitive role working within a friendly team, doing all purchase and sales ledger duties.
Duties:
Maintain the sales ledger and purchase ledger to a high standard and deal with queries in a timely manner
Allocate payments and chase required refunds
Small element of credit control
Checking, amending and processing monthly and daily invoices
Reconcile supplier statements
General ad-hoc duties, including answering telephone calls, filing and dealing with post
Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role
Good organisational skills
Attention to detail
