Ductwork Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Ductwork Project Manager to join an established Ductwork Contractor delivering high-quality commercial HVAC schemes in Central London. With a turnover of approximately £30 million, the business is well-positioned in the market, working with leading fit-out contractors and holding a strong pipeline of long-term projects.

Role Overview:

• Lead and manage ductwork installation packages on commercial office and fit-out projects.

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-standard delivery.

• Oversee project QA documentation, H&S compliance, and ensure quality benchmarks are met throughout.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues and drive programme.

• Ensure all paperwork, RAMS, commissioning plans, and handover documents are completed accurately.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Ductwork or HVAC Project Management within commercial construction.

• Solid understanding of QA procedures, documentation, and building services coordination.

• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS card, and relevant HVAC qualifications desirable.
