Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Hours: 15 hours per week, term-time only (Monday Friday, 10:30am 1:30pm)

Job Requirements for this Lunchtime Supervisor role in Sutton Coldfield:
Must have experience working in a SEN school
A caring, flexible, and patient approach to supporting children with additional needs
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of pupils with SLD, PMLD, and Autism
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality for all pupils
Role Responsibilities:
Supervise and support pupils during lunchtime activities
Assist with feeding and personal care where required
Promote positive social interaction and behaviour
Ensure pupils safety, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain consistency and quality of care
Be a key part of the school s commitment to providing personalised, inclusive support
