What you will be doing:

As a QA, you ll play a vital role in maintaining food safety, product integrity, and quality standards. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor processes, perform audits, and ensure the products meet customer and legal expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining clear, audit-ready site and product documentation

• Reviewing records in real time for accuracy and completeness

• Identifying training needs and supporting continuous improvement

• Conducting legal compliance checks on day to day equipment

• Performing GMP, Glass & Hard Plastic, and Fabrication audits

• Completing Product Evaluation checks to ensure compliance with standards

• Sampling, swabbing, and investigations for non-conformances

• Acting as an expert on CCPs, weight controls, and food safety procedures

• Delivering training and guidance to teams when needed

What they are looking for:

• Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (minimum)

• Strong understanding of Food Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP

• Confident communicator and team player

• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility

• Flexible and willing to support the wider business
