Mobile Plant Fitter

CRS are currently assisting our Plant Hire client in sourcing a Fitter to join the existing team on a full time basis.

Candidates with knowledge, repair and maintenance of the following manufacturers would be highly desired:

• JCB
• Case
• Komatsu
• Doosan
• Caterpillar

Duties:

• Assist with the maintenance and mobile site support of a large fleet of up to 80 well maintained machines inlcluding but not limited to: Excavators up to 30ton, diggers, dumpers, other heavy company equipment.

Requirements:

• Full Uk licence required to be considered.
• Applicants must have a CSCS Card(or equivalent).
• Experience with Engine Diagnostics, Hydraulic and Electric systems.
• Experience in Fabrication / Stick Welding / Mig welding would be advantageous.
• Confident reading hydraulic diagrams / diagnostics and using a flow meter.
• Read electrical schematics, diagnose electrical problems.
• Experience in the repair of excavators and diggers is highly desired and advantageous.

Hours of work:

• 7.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. (50 hours guaranteed).
• Overtime at time and a half / double time.
