Facades Manager - New Build Envelope Projects 55,000 - 60,000 Permanent
Leeds, West Yorkshire (with nationwide travel)
Are you ready to take the lead on high-profile new build projects with a company that's growing fast and delivering some of the UK's most exciting external envelope packages?
We're working with a specialist contractor that's expanding its team and looking for an experienced Facades Manager to join on a permanent basis. Based in Leeds with travel to sites nationwide, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of a wide variety of external envelope systems across large-scale new build developments, with some recladding projects in the mix.
Systems you'll be working with include:
Rainscreen cladding systems (ACM, aluminium, terracotta, stone)
Insulated render systems
Curtain walling
Unitised and stick glazing systems
SFS (Steel Framing Systems)
Built-up roofing systems
Liquid-applied and membrane waterproofing solutions
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the delivery of full fa ade/envelope packages from start to finish
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are met
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams on-site
Travelling nationwide to oversee various project sites
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in facades or external envelope management on new build projects
Solid technical understanding of cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and structural systems
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and oversee complex site operations
Comfortable with nationwide travel as part of the role
