BTL Mortgage Advisor

Salary: 40k - 50k (OTE 70k - 80K)

Location: Manchester

We are working with a fast-growing finance business in Manchester who are looking for a Buy-to-Let Mortgage Advisor to join their team. It is a hybrid position, warm unlimited leads provided, and a strong package. You must have experience as a BTL Mortgage Advisor.

BTL Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a BTL Mortgage Advisor;

• You MUST have experience as a Mortgage Advisor working in a Whole of Market background.
• You MUST have at least 3 years experience as a BTL Mortgage Advisor.
• CeMAP qualified and CAS achieved.
