Your new role Site Manager required to oversee planned works programmes, including kitchen and bathroom replacements, electrical rewires, and associated refurbishment works within occupied residential properties. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams and subcontractors while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders. Key Duties: Managing planned maintenance and refurbishment projects within occupied social housing properties. Overseeing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, full and partial rewires, and associated internal refurbishment works. Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour and material deliveries. Ensuring health & safety compliance across all projects. Monitoring programme delivery, quality standards and project costs. Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings. Building positive relationships with residents and client representatives. Managing snagging, handovers and project completion activities. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or planned maintenance. Experience managing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes and electrical rewire projects. Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively. Job Title: Working Supervisor Job Type: Permanent full time position - Monday to Friday Location: Cambridge and surrounding areas Rate of pay: £38,000-£40,000 per annum plus a company van We are currently recruiting for a Working Supervisor to join a reputable social housing contractor, overseeing a Damp & Mould contract . This is a hands-on position, where you will be expected to carry out remedial works alongside supervising operatives, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
