RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - EDUCATION SECTOR (SEN) - MANCHESTER

We are a leading education recruitment agency looking to expand our SEN division with an experienced Recruitment Consultant based across our Manchester and Liverpool offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team committed to making a difference in education.

The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you ll be responsible for:

• Managing and growing a warm SEN client base across Greater Manchester and Merseyside
• Building strong relationships with schools, SEN provisions, and education professionals
• Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in temporary and permanent SEN roles
• Writing job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews
• Meeting performance targets and ensuring excellent service delivery

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience in education or specialist recruitment (SEN preferred)
• Confident communicator with a passion for making meaningful connections
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Driven, proactive, and resilient with a results-focused attitude
• A full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to travel between sites
