You're proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What you'll be doing Leading packaging compliance activities across key legislation, including PPWR, EPR and UK Plastic Tax, ensuring relevant requirements are understood and delivered. Owning the analysis and reporting of packaging data required for compliance, working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure information is accurate, complete and delivered on time. Managing supplier follow-up and evidence gathering across packaging legislation, identifying gaps and driving actions through to completion. Driving the use of traceable, nominated and preferred packaging materials, advising relevant teams on best practice and identifying opportunities to improve compliance and sustainability. Supporting the development of Reiss' packaging strategy and improved process controls, including the centralisation and management of packaging data. Supporting preferred fibre and certification capture, using systems such as Segura, Vision and Origin to analyse verification results, identify gaps and provide clear progress updates to the business. Supporting traceability and transparency projects, including new system implementation, supply chain mapping and supplier engagement. Developing internal communications, training and best practice guidance while keeping up to date with new packaging legislation, industry initiatives and innovations to help Reiss stay ahead of future requirements.
