Hours: Monday Thursday 22 30, Friday 22 50

Join an established food production team as a Nightshift Production Supervisor. You ll oversee all nightshift production activities, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You ll lead a team of operatives, monitor shift performance, and ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene (HACCP, BRCGS), and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor production lines during the night shift

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment

• Track output, downtime, waste, and labour usage to meet KPIs

• Support continuous improvement projects and maintain strict food production standards

• Communicate clearly with other departments to resolve issues

• Supervisory experience in food or FMCG manufacturing

• Good understanding of production processes, quality, and safety compliance

• Strong leadership and communication skills with an eye for detail

• IT literate and confident working with reports and production systems
