Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our ongoing client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for Assembly Operatives on a fixed term basis to join the team till at least the end of December 2025. Permanent positions could be offered for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to accurately weigh
- Ability to accurately adding and arranging ready meal components
- Replenishing
- Maintaining high hygiene levels
- Conduct quality checks
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast past environment
- Preferably previous experience within production
Do you have:
- A good English level
- A positive approach to work / positive attitude
- A desire to develop skills and progress within the business
Working Hours:
- (Apply online only)- Monday to Thursday (Could reduce to a 10 hour day depending on production levels)
What you will receive in return:
- Basic pay rate of 12.88 per hour between
- Overtime pay rate of 15.65 per hour between after 40 hours
