Career Teachers are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Team in Derby. The role will operate directly within the Primary Education division, where we have a strong track-record and existing client and candidate relationships.

The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at Career Teachers:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 (Term Time) and 09:00-12:00 or 12:00-16:00 (school holidays)
• Hybrid options available after initial training!
• Salary: 28,650 - 30,000
• Uncapped commission structure

Role responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles - specialising in Primary Education Recruitment.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
• Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.
