Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales reps
• Lead daily meetings, training, and performance reviews
• Drive KPIs: calls, conversions, offers, revenue
• Enforce sales systems, scripts, and standards
• Challenge underperformance and build a high-output culture
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve sales processes

You ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

• Experience leading outbound sales teams in target-driven environments (e.g., B2B sales, high-ticket closers, auctions, utilities, home improvement)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a direct, high-energy style
• A focus on data, goals, and discipline
• Thick skin, sharp instincts, and zero tolerance for excuses
