Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established Recruitment business based in the Wakefield area. You will be inheriting team of consultants, with an existing logistics client base.

You will play a big part in all aspects of the role from helping to fill bookings when needed to coaching and mentoring members of the team.

You will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B recruitment role to be considered for this position.

Other Duties

  • Provide Overall Branch Support
  • Conduct Daily Morning Meetings
  • Set and Monitor KPI's for Branch Staff
  • Lead by example in a full 360 recruitment capacity
  • Attend Management Meetings
  • Liaise with Regional BDM
  • Provide weekly forecasting to senior management team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant law, regulations and policies
  • Schedule regular service visits with clients to ensure consistency of service
