The Role
As the Quantity Surveyor, you ll:
- Support day-to-day operations across project and commercial teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive cost plans and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate with sub-contractors and manage contract reviews including JCT and NEC.
- Monitor project costs and valuations while recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports to track project performance.
You
To be successful in the role of Quantity Surveyor, you ll bring:
- Proven experience in the M&E/MEP industry with a track record on live projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes and risk management in construction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for collaborative environments.
- Technical knowledge of construction contracts and ability to work under deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
