About You You will have: Experience in developing and delivering content and engagement strategies or campaigns. Skills in using analytics and user research to drive improvements. Strong understanding of digital accessibility and inclusive content design. Excellent written, verbal and relationship management skills. Experience of line managing a team. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Experience in the voluntary or public sector and the ability to communicate in Welsh are desirable.
